WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I'm located in El Camino Real Santa Clara. If you prefer an in-home lifestyle session, we will go your home in the Bay area. For the newborn session, we only do Studio session (not possible location photos) to handle all our props in our special newborn room.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTO SESSION?

Accepted Answer

We only handle booking by email. You can fill out a contact form and have us call you. A $100 retainer is required to book a session, it is non refundable to secure your slot. For location sessions, the full price is due at time of booking as we do not take payment on location.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?

As soon as possible! I only limited number photo sessions per week and weekend sessions per month so the schedule fills up quickly.

HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE NEWBORN SESSIONS WHEN WE DON’T KNOW WHEN THE BABY WILL ARRIVE?

Once you’ve submitted your newborn session reservation, I’ll pencil you into my schedule for a week after your due date, and we’ll pick the actual date of your session after your baby arrives to ensure the session takes place within the first two weeks, when your baby will still be very sleepy.  Newborn sessions are done on weekday mornings unless a weekend is specifically requested and available when booking your session.

MY BABY IS 4/5/6 WEEKS OLD, BUT I WANT TO DO A NEWBORN SESSION.  IS IT TOO LATE?"

No way! Your baby is still as cute as ever, and will probably start smiling any second now, which is a great milestone to capture.  We can still use newborn props and hats for older babies, and I modify the poses to keep your baby comfortable. Your baby will likely be awake for some/half/most of the session, so I prepare for that as well and consider it a bonus if your baby falls asleep. DO YOU OFFER IN-HOME NEWBORN SESSIONS?

No, I found I had much better results in my studio with complete room temperature and lighting control and want to give each of my clients the highest-quality photos possible.

HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE NEWBORN SESSIONS WHEN WE DON’T KNOW WHEN THE BABY WILL ARRIVE?

Ideal time for your newborn portraits is before 2 weeks after delivery. At this point they are the most curly and sleepy and we can still capture all of those perfect newborn parts that they quickly grow out of like the little hairs on their backs or ears, the fresh wrinkly fingers and toes, or even their cord stump. Most of the images you see in my portfolio galleries have been taken during this time, but it isn’t impossible to photograph older babies. Contact me ASAP for best scheduling. Babies do not come on time, so I typically pencil in your due date and once baby is born, we will nail down a date for your session.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION IF IT RAINS?  WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE GETS SICK?

Accepted Answer

I do not charge a penalty for weather or illness-related rescheduling. Please do not bring a sick child to your session!  On the other hand, do not reschedule if you or your child has acne, scratches or bruises. I can edit those out later.  
I will suggest rescheduling outdoor sessions if the temperature will be less than 40 degrees or over 90 degrees, if it’s very windy, or if rain is imminent. I will do sessions in the rain if you wish to proceed as scheduled.
Please understand that weekend sessions are usually completely booked months in advance so we may need to get crafty in rescheduling your session. For instance, if you had scheduled an evening session, I may need to switch you to a morning session to accommodate two sessions in one day.

HOW DO I SEE THE PHOTOS AFTER MY SESSION?

I will prepare a proof gallery which are watermaked within 3-4 days after session. please selected your proper number of photos belong to package. once you picked your favorte photos let me know with email. edited final gallery will be ready 10 days Your gallery will be open for 6 month.
